  • December, 2009 - soVoz demos the Virtual Locomotion Controller (VLC) user interface at the Navy FITE (Future Immersive Training Environment) Spiral 1 Demo held at Camp Pendleton, CA

  • September, 2009 - soVoz awarded a Phase III SBIR contract with US Army RDECOM-STTC to commercialize the Virtual Locomotion Controller (VLC) user interface for use in immersive training applications

  • September, 2006 - soVoz awarded a Phase II SBIR contract with US Army RDECOM to develop a novel user interface for controlling interactive characters in 3D environments.  Project title: "Control Interface for Driving Interactive Characters in Immersive Virtual Environments".

  • May, 2004 - soVoz  awarded a contract from the Joint Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Co-Lab to develop a prototype Emergency Response Team training scenarios with the ProScena Studio toolset. Project title: “Design and Development of a 3D Simulation Component Repository Supporting ADL Training and Education Applications”.

  • June, 2003 - soVoz awarded a Phase I SBIR contract with the Office of Naval Research to apply ProScena technology to the development of haptic device interfaces. Project title: “Behavior-based Approach to the Generation of Haptic Feedback in Virtual Reality Training  Systems".

  • March, 2003 - soVoz announces launch of ProScena Studio. (ProScena Studio Press Release)

  • POctober 10, 2002 - soVoz awarded a Phase II SBIR Contract from the Office of the Secretary of Defense. The project is entitled "Technology and Tools for the Creation of Reusable 3D Content in e-Learning Systems" and is to be administered by US Army STRICOM out of Orlando FL.

  • December, 2001 - soVoz awarded a Phase I SBIR contract with the Office of the Secretary of Defense to apply soVoz intelligent agent technology to the development of Reusable 3D Components for Virtual Environments. Project title: “Technology and Tools for the Creation of reusable 3D content in e-Learning Systems"
